No one enjoys playing with rule breakers, hence why these rules are in place. If you're unsure on the rules please ask us in the discord. Staff are available for those who cannot follow them.

Minor Offences - Warnings & Mutes
[M1] Spamming, Disruptive or Disrespectful messages.
This includes but not limited to Spamming capital letters/characters, chainmail or sending one word per message. Any disrespect towards a player or member of staff in any chat will receive you a mute, please consider if what you're typing is disrespectful or not.
[M2] Politics, Religious Preaching or Starting Drama
Everyone deserves their own opinion, but to avoid any conflicts or drama evolving it is against the rules to discuss anything related to politics, religion or further comments that would inflict drama or conflict. Gaslighting or controversial comments will lead you to become muted.
[M3] Falsifying Information or Impersonation
Spreading or reporting false/photoshopped information/images to intentionally get them a moderated action will lead to sanctions. This includes impersonating another player or staff.
[M4] Languages
BlurCraft is an English sever and have no plans to change that in the near future. You're welcome to speak in your native language in private DMs or any other private channels. All members are required to speak English in public channels, this is to allow our moderation team to continue to moderate and keep the server safe for everyone.
[M5] Interfering with Staff, Mini-modding or Discussing Punishments
We're always ensuring there is enough staff in our team and they get trained to assist players when there is issues, please allow the staff to focus on the issue and not get involved as that can lead you to get muted. This also accounts for mini-modding, this is when you're trying to enforce the rules on other members, a friendly reminder is okay but any further will lead you to get muted.
If you disagree with your punishment, open a ticket rather discussing in public chat as you will not get the response you want from staff unless it's in a ticket, any false punishments can also be reported in the "Staff Reports" ticket category.
[M6] Usage of Alt Accounts
We understand siblings may want to play too, staff have tools to see who's on the same network as you, we allow multiple alts on unless it gives you a competitive advantage. If you're AFKing, you cannot have a second account playing or grinding for materials. Only 1 Account is allowed to AFK at a time unless there's a keyall, you can keep your alt AFK at spawn. Maximum of 1 Alt at keyalls.
Crucial Offences - Mute, Temp-Ban & Ban
[C1] Toxicity, Cursing/Vulgar Language, Explicit Content
Further disrespect turns into toxicity, we will no longer warn you for disrespect and rather mute or jail you for toxic behaviour. We allow Cursing but excessive use of cursing or vulgar language will end you up muted. Explicit content such as but not limited to discrimination, reference to sexual behaviour or references to violence, physical abuse or mental abuse.
[C2] Griefing and Scamming
Even though we have a claiming system, any type of griefing is not condoned. It is highly recommended to double check your base is claimed, you can do this by clicking the ground with a stick. Scamming won't recieve you more items as once it's reported you will lose the scammed items.
[C3] Harassment
Harassment is never supported here, if you're harassing players or staff then you'll be sanctioned accordingly. If you're being harassment, open a ticket in our discord with provided proof.
Severe Offences - Perm Ban & IP Ban
[S1] Racism/Racist Remarks/Discrimination
Any builds, objects, messages or comments created or said which discriminates anyone for their race, sex, religion/beliefs or more is not tolerated.
[S2] DDOs Threats/Death Threats
We will never condone threats regarding dossing another player or death, any reports of these threats will get you banned instantly with a low chance of appealing.
[S3] Hack Clients & Exploiting Glitches/Duping
Like many other SMP's, we do not allow hacked or other clients that give you a gameplay advantage. This also includes exploiting our server features for your own benefit.
[S4] Evading Punishment
Using an alt account or server features to bypass a jail, mute or ban will not only increase your duration but also remove the chance of you appealing said punishment.
[S5] Lag Machine
If you accidentally create a lag machine (Too many spawners/mobs in one area), staff will give you a friendly warning to change it. Any buildings created/clients used with intent to cause performance or TPS issues will get your build remove and you banned, possibly IP Banned.
[S6] Advertising
Any sort of advertising methods, such as sending the server IP or name in chat or any methods to "gather" members will get you banned.
